Consent from candidates to use their personal information is implied by their use of our web-based services and by their giving us their personal information. When possible and appropriate, we will obtain a candidate’s express consent for specific uses such as releasing their information to a third party, e.g., to perform background checks.

Limiting Use and Disclosure
Only representatives of ANZfinancejbs.com have access to the personal information of candidates unless a candidate’s consent has been provided. Personal information will only be disclosed for legitimate business purposes and is never traded, sold, given, or leased by us to any external company.

Retention
We retain candidate information for an extended period of time so that candidates may be considered for future opportunities that may arise. Candidates may request to have their information removed from our database at any time by contacting our Privacy Officer.

Anzfinancejobs.com strives to keep information accurate, complete and current. Each time we have contact with a candidate, we update our database as necessary. We require candidate’ assistance to maintain accuracy and therefore ask to be advised if changes are needed.

Candidates may request access to review their personal information in our database at any time by contacting our Privacy Officer.

Security
Anzfinancejobs.com takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that the personal information given to us by candidates is kept safe from loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. We also ensure that any of our employees who deal with personal information are properly trained and are aware of the necessary and appropriate measures required to protect personal information.
